# Lulu Beauty Spa Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Lulu Beauty Spa, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from serving other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ## 24-Hour Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of **24 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule any appointment. * Cancellations made **24 hours or more** before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee. * Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before the scheduled appointment will be charged **100% of the scheduled service amount**. ## No-Show Policy If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be considered a **no-show**. * **No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.** * If you purchased a prepaid package, **one treatment/session will be deducted from your package**. * Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments. ## Card on File Authorization By scheduling an appointment with Lulu Beauty Spa, you authorize us to securely keep a valid credit or debit card on file. You agree that your card may be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. ## Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. If there is not enough time to safely complete the service, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply. ## Emergencies We understand that true emergencies happen. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Lulu Beauty Spa management.
